Kenton Commons is a new mixed-use
development with several retail spaces and 31 loft
apartments. We have amazing views; lofts looking
at four different mountains; balconies practically
hanging over the park; and bay windows that overlook
virtually all of N and NE Portland. With high ceilings and many oversized windows, patios and balconies, these are exceptional places to live.
We designed our loft floor plans to be extremely
flexible with wood floors throughout, portable
kitchen islands and portable clothes closets. The
sizes vary from 350 sq. ft. to 1,106 sq. ft. The
larger lofts are flexible enough to be used as 2
bedroom lofts by families or roommates. Three of
the lofts have two full bathrooms.

has 4,454 sq. ft. of commercial/retail space. This includes 7 Creative offices and 5 retail spaces including a day care and a pub. For these spaces we look for business that enhance the special livability that is being created in Kenton Commons. |
